I love how my owl turned out!

Name tile

This is my name tile, however the glaze did not turn out how I imagined.

Animal

I used a glaze that is clear with multi colored spells in it. Now my project is ready to be fired.

3 pinch pots

1. I love that I made unique personal pinch pots, it was fun to paint and design textures. 

2. I learned how to make even thickness in clay and to smooth out rough edges, now that I've mastered the basic pinch pot, I will use it as a base for every future project.

3. I can improve on my craftsmanship and on my glazing application.

I am a senior at Bishop Gorman High School, I am currently taking ceramics 1 and Art 2.
I signed up for ceramics because I am a very creative hands on person, I want to be an architect when I grow up, and i am very interested in design. I enjoy english and human phys, and math is my most hated class. I am a varsity cheer leader, and part of NHS. Out of school, I run my charity my sister and I founded called Teens Helping Teens, I am also president of National Charity League, and run the blog/social media for The Las Vegas Fashion Council. This semester I want to make something amazing, that I will actually use. I love handmade things, and making things more me I love when things are unique, personal, and have a story.
